Hidden quest: Skeleton Minions

Objective: Slay 100 Skeleton Minions

Reward: Wand of Fire

"Ooh! That could come in handy if I run out of mana." Esmeralda said as she glanced at her HUD.

Numbers scrolled above their heads so fast as each one of them crumpled back to the ground from whence they came. By the time we were finished, we had already taken care of 20 of the skeletons needed for the quest.

But the necromancer was still alive and he was none too pleased that we had killed off all his minions. He grabbed Esmeralda and threw her against the wall. I pulled out my knife and sunk it in his neck. He still had a little bit of life left after that and he turned his attention upon me.

"Now you've done it, you little rat!" He said as he lunged in my direction, his hands outstretched. Blasts of ice flew from his wand and it took everything I had to dodge them.

I quickly holstered my dagger and pulled out my bow. I noticed that I was starting to get a bit low on arrows and made a mental note to make some more as soon as I possibly could.

I nocked two, activated my freezing and double arrow spells and unleashed it right at his heart.

"You really think that's going to be able to stop me?" He said as he jumped on top of me. Fortunately, the ice arrow kicked in and he was frozen directly on top of me.

I pushed him off and scrambled to my feet. Glancing in the corner, to make sure that Esmeralda was okay, I turned my attention back to the necromancer and finished him off with a flurry of arrows.

He was dead, but it was Esmeralda I was worried about. She looked a bit woozy.
